Mona’s Secret Message Anagram for Charles or Rachel DiLaurentis?

Mona left the Liars a cryptic message in PLL “The Melody Lingers On” 5x23.  The Liars find a hidden card in Mona's room with the message “Chandelier’s rituals.  Sister launched lair.  A ruler’s list chained.”

Interestingly, those sentences are all anagrams for “Charles DiLaurentis”.  However, they are also anagrams for "Rachel S. DiLaurentis". 

PLL showrunner, Marlene King, retweeted this theory.

Do you think this anagram is a clue about the mysterious twin we’ve heard about?

Mona was always fond of secret messages and codes.  Remember when Mona created a secret way to communicate with Hanna in “Crazy” episode 3x07?  She told Hanna to take the first letter of each word to spell out a new word.  She used that to secretly give Hanna the message “Maya knew”.

What do you think Mona’s secret message means this time?

Emily’s First Girlfriend Maya St. Germain as “A”?

Maya St. Germain was killed by her stalker ex-boyfriend Nate, right?  In an interview with Cosmopolitan magazine, Sasha Pieterse (Alison on PLL) talks about the craziest fan theories she’s heard.

Sasha thinks the craziest theory is that Maya is “A”, but she also thinks that theory makes a bit of sense.  Sasha says “when you don’t see their body – if they’re in a body bag – there’s a good chance that they might not actually be dead.  And we never saw Maya’s body!”

There certainly are some questions surrounding Maya.  Remember when Mona used her secret code with Hanna?  Mona said “Miss Aria, you’re a killer, not Ezra’s wife”.  That was code for “Maya Knew”.  Did we ever find out exactly what Maya knew and how involved she was in everything happening in Rosewood?  She knew Noel, which was something none of the liars knew when Maya was alive.  So Maya seemed to have a few secrets of her own.

However, we don’t know of any reason why Maya would want to torment the girls.  Her relationship with Emily seemed genuine and she had seemed to get along with the other Liars.  So what possible motive would she have for torturing the girls?
