Catch Ian Harding (Ezra Fitz on Pretty Little Liars) making his Hallmark channel debut in the all new original Hallmark movie Ghosts of Christmas Always, which is part of Hallmark’s annual “Countdown to Christmas” holiday programming. The movie will also star actress Kim Matula (who you may recognize from the movie Maybe Someday and the TV series The Resident). The movie is a cool twist on the classic Charles Dickens Christmas story A Christmas Carol. Katherine (Kim Matula) is a Ghost of Christmas Present and she must help one soul, Peter (Ian Harding), rediscover his Christmas spirit. But this year has something unusual in store.
Ghosts of Christmas Always Synopsis:
"Katherine (Matula) works for the Department of Restoring Christmas Spirit as a Ghost of Christmas Present. She loves her job, visiting Earth every Christmas to help one unsuspecting soul rediscover their Christmas spirit. But this year has something unusual in store for her. Along with her co-workers, Ghost of Christmas Past Arlene (Tan Chinn) and Ghost of Christmas Future Roy (VelJohnson), their assignment is a man named Peter (Harding). They’re not sure why they’ve been assigned to him because, unlike their typical cases, Peter’s Christmas spirit is on point. When it appears that Katherine and Peter just might be fated for each other, their assignment starts to head down an unusual path toward none of them could have expected."
The movie also stars Lori Tan Chinn (known for her work on Awkwafina is Nora from Queens and Disney Pixar’s Turning Red) and Tony award-winning actress and singer Beth Leavel.

In this sneak peek clip for Ghosts of Christmas Always, Peter realizes the ghosts of Christmas past, present and future are paying him a visit and that he is living out his own version of the Charles Dickens classic A Christmas Carol. “I have seen the play. I have seen all the movies. And the one with Billy Murray is actually my favorite, although the Carrie Fisher one is really good. A quiet, little movie. Underrated certainly. Oh, and the one where they all come together and they’re all like singing in the end about how grateful they are about how Scrooge is dead, which is really dark now that I think about it. Wait, am I Scrooge?! Do people hate me?” he wonders.
This may be Ian Harding’s first Hallmark movie, but lots of other Pretty Little Liars actors and actresses have starred in Hallmark movies as well.
