Lucy Hale Hosts "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" Live from New Orleans

Lucy Hale rang in the new year as a host on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve. This was Lucy Hale's second time to host the live Central Time Zone countdown from New Orleans. Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy hosted in New York and Ciara was the host in Los Angeles.
