Lucy Hale & 'Riverdale' Star Lili Reinhart Bonding in Vancouver

Riverdale star Lili Reinhart recently talked about her friendship with Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale. Lucy Hale has been professing her love for the CW show Riverdale on social media. She took a Riverdale quiz and commented on a Riverdale cheerleaders photo actress Madelaine Petsch posted. Turns out Lucy Hale and Riverdale star Lili Reinhart (Betty Cooper) have been bonding while in Vancouver. Nothing better than making new CW friends!

While in New York City at the St. Ives Mixing Bar, Lili Reindhart was asked if Lucy Hale will make a cameo on Riverdale. (Lili is a St. Ives brand ambassador).

“Dude, I hope so,” Lili said. “She’s in Vancouver now. We’ve bonded. We actually haven’t been able to hang out because we’re both shooting all day, every day, but she’s been great. We talk constantly and she’s super cool. And she’s filming her show on the CW Life Sentence. I’m so happy she’s in the CW fam now. ”

Lili Reinhart feels weird welcoming Lucy to the CW. Lili feels like a newbie and Lucy Hale has been doing this forever. (Actually, Lucy Hale isn’t a newcomer to the CW family. Lucy Hale starred in the CW show Privileged in 2008-2009. Actresses JoAnna Garcia and Ashley Newbrough also starred on the awesome show, which was based on the novel How to Teach Filthy Rich Girls by author Zoey Dean).

Lili Reinhart also got to catch up with Lucy at the Teen Choice Awards. (Lucy Hale won Choice Drama TV Actress and Riverdale racked up tons of awards. Lili Reinhart won Choice Breakout TV Star. She and Cole Sprouse (#Bughead) beat out #Emison for the Choice TV Ship award).
