Who is your favorite Pretty Little Liars romance?
The girls all chose their own character’s ships. Troian Bellisario’s favorite PLL romance is Spoby, but she knows lots of people like Ezria. Ashley Benson chose Haleb, Lucy Hale chose Ezria and Sasha Pieterse chose Emison.
What was the most awkward scene you’ve ever shot?
Troian Bellisario’s most awkward scene to shoot was Spencer’s first kiss with Toby outside the motel in episode 1x19 “A Person of Interest”. That day, Troian Bellisario was running a 100 degree fever. She even had snot running down her nose. Actor Keegan Allen still had to kiss her, but he was a total pro. Troian felt awful about it.
Ashley Benson’s awkward PLL scene was with Hanna’s fiancé Jordan Hobart (played by Australian actor David Coussins). The two of them had a sexy love scene in a heart shaped bed in Pretty Little Liars episode 6x16 “Where Somebody Waits For Me”. It was awkward to film because Ashley Benson didn’t have a top on in that scene. Plus, there were a lot of crew members around.
Lucy Hale said her second sex scene with actor Ian Harding was awkward to film. It wasn’t as sexy as it seems when they were shooting.
What was the craziest outfit you’ve ever worn on the show?
Troian Bellisario had trouble choosing. Spencer Hastings had so many crazy outfits. Troian mentioned the Canadian tuxedo with the all denim giant western belt and cutout sleeves.
Troian also brought up the Sailor Moon outfit Spencer wore when she talked to Wren. That was the time Spencer wore crazy socks and a weird sailor outfit.
Ashley Benson thinks Hanna Marin’s craziest fashion moment was the blue prom dress that had a bunch of feathers going everywhere. (Think Ashley Benson is referring to the Sue Wong seafoam pleated tiered ostrich feather dress Hanna wore to the Homecoming dance in Pretty Little Liars episode 1x06 “There’s No Place Like Homecoming”).
Lucy Hale thinks Aria Montgomery’s craziest outfit was the time she wore jeans that had one leg with stripes and the other leg was plain. (Those jeans were two-tone striped leg Frankie B. Gemini Skinny Jeans). Aria was also wearing a Christmas-looking sweatshirt with bells and flowers on it (God Save LA Bead sweatshirt). Aria wore that crazy outfit in episode 4x04 “Face Time”.
Sasha Pieterse thinks Alison’s craziest outfit was the Lady Gaga costume from the Halloween special episode 2x13 “The First Secret”. Sasha had to wear a weird wig that got in her eyes all the time and the most painful high heels.
If you could play another Pretty Little Liars character who would it be?
Troian Bellisario would want to play Alison because she’s crazy and fun.
Ashley Benson would want to play Spencer, Alison or CeCe. Basically, any character who had weird arc and turned super dark.
Lucy Hale would love to play Mona Vanderwaal because she’s crazy.
Sasha Pieterse would like to play Spencer. She’s super rad and Sasha loves Spencer’s outfits.
