Happy Birthday, Shay Mitchell! Shay Mitchell, Emily on PLL, celebrated her 29th birthday today. Shay was busy doing press for her upcoming romantic comedy movie Mother’s Day, but she made time for some cake on her special day. She also enjoyed a spin class on her b-day.
