PLL Season 7 Spoilers: Vanessa Ray to Portray Charlotte in Flashbacks

Pretty Little Liars season 7 will have flashbacks of Charlotte, according to PLL showrunner Marlene King. The only obstacle is actress Vanessa Ray’s schedule. (Vanessa Ray currently stars on CBS’s TV show Blue Bloods).

If Pretty Little Liars can get Vanessa Ray back on the show, then we will see flashbacks of Charlotte and Elliot Rollins. “We have a plan for some flashbacks with Vanessa [Ray] who plays Charlotte, and we hope we can get her back on the show because she’s on Blue Bloods, but that story will be told and hopefully through flashbacks. There is a rich history there between Charlotte and the character that we know as Elliot Rollins, and we’ll learn a lot more about that in Season 7 and why Rollins is doing what he’s doing.” Marlene King told Variety.

Pretty Little Liars season 7 looks like it will be heavily focused on the DiLaurentis family. Drew Van Acker will be making a return to PLL as Jason DiLaurentis. And Andrea Parker, who plays Jessica DiLaurentis and Mary Drake, was promoted to series regular for season 7.
