Looks like Mona will be facing Charles/“A”’s wrath after the escape attempt. A traumatized Mona, still dressed like Alison, sings the lullaby “Hush, Little Baby”. Later in the promo, she screams “Please don’t leave me!” It seems like Charles has separated Mona from the Liars.
Aria looks past a bunch of yellow tops in a closet and sees the words “HE’S GOING TO KILL ME M” carved into the back of the closet. Is that a message from Mona? Is Mona afraid that Charles/“A” plans to kill her? (In an interview, Janel Parrish said that Charles will punish the Liars for trying to escape from his dollhouse).
What’s up with Aria’s pink hair? Back in season one of Pretty Little Liars, we saw that Aria had pink streaks in her hair before Alison went missing. Is Charles trying to recreate something that happened before Alison vanished?
Mona, Spencer, Aria, Hanna and Emily, still in their prom dresses, huddle under a blanket in the rain. Did Charles/“A” leave them out in the rain to punish them?
Someone in a yellow top leaves food for Hanna. Hanna asks if it is Mona. Since Mona is being punished by “A”, is there another girl dressed in a yellow top? Dre Davis, who is joining the PLL cast as Kimberly Brown, tweeted and then deleted a photo of herself wearing a yellow top. So this mystery person dressed in Alison’s yellow top could be Mona, Kimberly Brown or even Alison herself.
Is Charles trying to lure Alison to the dollhouse now that she is out of jail? In the promo we see Alison wearing a yellow top in the woods. Charles sees her on his surveillance camera footage and zooms in on her.
Hope we will get answers to some of these questions when “Game On, Charles”, episode 6x01 of Pretty Little Liars, airs on June 2.
