PLL 7x16 Recap “The Glove That Rocks the Cradle”: Aria Does A.D.'s Dirty Work

Aria, wearing a black hoodie, goes further down a dark path in Pretty Little Liars episode 7x16 “The Glove That Rocks the Cradle”. Also, the police suspect Spencer killed Archer Dunhill. The Liars, again, fail to catch A.D. in the act. Alison tells Emily that she loves her. And the Liars confront Lucas about the comic book he wrote with Charles.

The episode starts off with a Rosewood police officer interrogating Spencer. (Last episode, we found out Spencer accidentally used Archer Duhill’s credit card to pay for drinks at the Radley on the night the Liars accidentally ran him over). He asks about the joke Spencer made that night about burying a body. Once the police officer starts asking questions about the credit card used that night to pay for drinks, Spencer just keeps repeating “I don’t recall”.

PLL 7x16 Ezria Sneak Peek: Ezra Worries About Aria

Here’s an Ezria sneak peek video for Pretty Little Liars episode 7x16 “The Glove That Rocks the Cradle”.

Aria rewatches the threat Uber 'A' sent her about missing his/her calls. Ezra comes downstairs, so Aria quickly stops watching the video.

Ezra is worried about Aria. He thought she had nightmares last night because she kept tossing and turning.

Now that Ezra isn’t flying back and forth between Nicole and Aria anymore, he wants to focus on wedding planning.

Ezra suggests that they take dance classes. They could learn the Salsa, the Tango or the Waltz. Otherwise, their first dance together as married couple will be the Electric Slide.

Ezra asks when Aria is free, so he can sign them up. Aria can’t commit to a schedule, though. She has no idea when A.D. will call her.

Aria gets a text from Spencer that says “Ali’s house. Now. Things just went south.” So Aria has to rush over.

Ezra can sense that something is off with Aria. He asks if she’s upset with him about the Nicole situation, but Aria assures him that she’s not. She gives him a quick kiss before leaving.

PLL “The Glove That Rocks the Cradle” will air on Tuesday, May 30 on Freeform.

PLL 7x16 Sneak Peek: Hanna & Aria Get Targeted by A.D.

The Liars got a break from the ‘Liars Lament’ board game last week, but they are forced to play again in this sneak peek of Pretty Little Liars episode 7x16 “The Glove That Rocks the Cradle”.

It’s Hanna’s turn to play A.D.’s twisted board game. The miniature Hanna game piece is in front of the Rosewood High School building on the board game.

The game phone has the message “Pick up my homework or go to detention. Remember, prison food makes you fat.” (Referring to the time Mona as ‘A’ texted “Be careful, Hanna. I hear prison food makes you fat” when Hanna got picked up by the cops for shoplifting).

A.D. gives Hanna the address of a computer repair center at 125 Finley Ave. Hanna has to pick something up there and bring it to Rosewood High.

Hanna isn’t the only one being tormented by A.D., though. Aria, who is still being blackmailed, gets a text from Uber ‘A’ that says “Hanna thinks it’s her turn, but yours isn’t up yet and you’re playing for me. A.D.”

Pretty Little Liars episode 7x16 “The Glove That Rocks the Cradle” will air on Tuesday, May 30 on Freeform.

Here’s the synopsis for Pretty Little Liars episode 7x16 "The Glove That Rocks the Cradle":

“As Detective Furey closes in on uncovering what happened to Archer Dunhill, the Liars team up to protect one of their own. Hanna continues to struggle with the idea that Lucas might be connected to A.D. even in the face of more evidence. Emily surprises Ali with a heartfelt gesture that is undone by A.D. machinations; and the Liars gain insight into where the idea for the game originated.”

PLL 7x16 Promo: Lucas Reveals Why Liars Were Tortured by 'A'

Lucas will reveal a secret next week, according to this promo for Pretty Little Liars episode 7x16 “The Glove That Rocks the Cradle”.

Things are getting bad for Spencer now that the police have focused on her as a suspect in Archer Dunhill’s murder. In a police interrogation, the police bring up Spencer’s joke about burying a body. “You are standing in quicksand. The more you struggle, the faster it’s going to pull you under,” Marco warns Spencer.

And Aria is wearing the black hoodie A.D. gave her! We see Aria standing next a baby mobile. Instead of cute fluffy animals, the mobile has Liar dolls hanging from strings. Aria then kicks things and rips the head off a stuffed animal. Looks like Aria is going to destroy the nursery Emily set up in Alison's house.

“I know in my heart that you guys would never hurt me!” Hanna tells her friends. “That’s not true,” Aria says. Is Aria going to tell her friends that she’s been doing A.D.’s bidding?!

Lucas frantically searches for something in his loft and the Liars all confront him. Hanna pushes Lucas. According to the promo, we will find out Lucas’s shocking secret about ‘A’. “That is the reason why you were tortured,” Lucas tells the Liars.

Can’t wait to watch Aria wearing the black hoodie and see what Uber ‘A’ makes her do next! Pretty Little Liars “The Glove That Rocks the Cradle” will air on Tuesday, May 30.
