Actress Lindsey Shaw, Paige McCullers on PLL, stars in the faith-based family film Yellow Day. Yellow Day was actually released in theaters last Christmas, but it will be available on VOD platforms on Tuesday, December 27, 2016.

Here’s the trailer for Yellow Day, which also stars Drew Seeley (Another Cinderella Story, High School Musical) and Ashley Boettcher (Lost in Oz, Gortimer Gibbon’s Life on Normal Street):

Yellow Day also features actress Rose Abdoo, who you might recognize as another familiar PLL face. Rose actually played a couple different PLL characters. In season one, Rose played the fortune teller in Pretty Little Liars episode 1x06 “There’s No Place Like Homecoming”. And in season 4, Rose was the dentist in “Bite Your Tongue”.

 About Yellow Day:

This young man takes the help of a mysterious guide appearing spritely little girl, and takes an imaginative adventure, witnessing true heroes, daring feats, and learning great lessons. Thus his true love becomes much more, showing him him how hope and love conquer all."

Yellow Day is a film that was inspired by true stories. "The movie was inspired by true stories of real life heroes in the special needs, chronic illnesses, and survivors of domestic abuse communities at the extraordinary Camp Grace in Mobile, Alabama".
