Shay Mitchell's Pumpkin Spice Raisin and Walnut Muffins

Shay Mitchell, Emily on PLL, shared how to make her Pumpkin Spice Raisin and Walnut muffins when she was a guest on the Rachael Ray Show.  The recipe is from her novel Bliss.  (Shay also talked to Rachael about working with Jennifer Aniston on the upcoming romantic comedy Mother’s Day).

Shay used apple sauce and maple syrup instead of sugar to make the muffins healthier.
