Although Lucy’s favorite holiday is Labor Day, Halloween is a close second. For past Halloweens she’s been a unicorn and Toddler & Tiara. (Pictures shown in the video). She has also dressed as Lucy from Peanuts.
Lucy's absolute favorite costume was Angelica from Rugrats. She made the costume herself. Lucy says that she’s a total DIYer. “I’m like Martha Stewart”, Lucy said.
Lucy Hale plans to dress as Dolly Parton for Halloween this year. Hope she posts some pictures of her costume!
