Marlene King, showrunner of Pretty Little Liars, gave some hints on what’s to come in season five.
In an interview with The
Wrap, Marlene said “there’s some self-medicating going on, there’s maybe
sleeping with people you shouldn’t be sleeping with going on, there’s some lies”. The season will be both dramatic and
mystery-heavy.
Ashley Benson is a big prankster on the set of Pretty Little Liars, so Marlene King was asked about
any memorable pranks that have been pulled.
Marlene said all the girls
played a prank on one of the producers. One
of the girls convinced the producer that she was pregnant (not true) as an
April Fools joke.
Sounds like season five of
PLL is going to be filled with drama. It
wouldn’t be Pretty Little Liars without more lies.
