Did you catch Lucy Hale at the second annual Radio Disney Music Awards last night? Lucy Hale presented alongside Nolan Gould, who plays Luke on ABC’s Modern Family. They presented an ARDY (a Vinylmation-inspired award) to Becky G, who won for Best New Artist.
