'Pretty Little Liars' Actress Troian Bellisario Reacts to Evil Twins in Horror Movies & TV

Evil twins are often featured in scary movies. Pretty Little Liars actress Troian Bellisario is no stranger to evil twins. Her PLL character Spencer Hastings had an evil British twin who was jealous of her. And Troian Bellisario also plays a twin in her movie Feed.

Troian Bellisario rated and reviewed some famous movie and television twins, including Leonardo DiCaprio in The Man in the Iron Mask, the Grady twins in The Shining, the twins in The Matrix Reloaded, Lindsay Lohan in The Parent Trap and Lisa Kudrow in Friends in this awesome reaction video.

The Man in the Iron Mask King Louis

Troian Bellisario said she forgot Leonardo DiCaprio played twins in The Man in the Iron Mask. "And the fact that I also forgot that when Leonardo DiCaprio gets really, really upset in some scenes and his voice cracks, it's just like magic." Troian Bellisario then hilariously imitated Leonardo DiCaprio's voice cracking.

Sisters Dominique

Troian Bellisario also had a hilarious reaction to the bloody scene in Sisters. "Why are you getting so close to that knife?" Troian Bellisario asked. "Stop stabbing so near to his … ! No! In the mouth!"

Troian Bellisario hasn't watched the movie, but she thinks it's about somebody struggling with the urge to murder.

The Shining The Grady Twins

The Shining director Stanley Kubrick didn't want to show the young boy, Danny Torrance (played by Danny Lloyd), the gore. Troian Bellisario wants to know what Kubrick told that young actor to get his iconic reaction. "'Cause it's the greatest reaction," Troian said.

However, Troian Bellisario took issue with calling the Grady twins evil. She doesn't think they were misunderstood ghosts.

The Matrix Reloaded The Twins

"Those are two twins I would not want to mess with. I think sometimes the caveat is there is one good twin, one evil twin. The Matrix twins just both seem like bad guys."

Troian Bellisario burst out laughing when the scene started. The characters aren't twins, but someone is obsessed with someone else to the point of personifying them in a really creepy way. Troian Bellisario said this happened to a friend of hers. It was really, really not okay.

Evil or just obsessed with weather systems, Troian Bellisario wondered.

Goodnight Mommy Lukas & Elias

This movie was more in Troian's territory. Troian Bellisario loves exploring different forms of psychological drama through the fracturing of the self in the twin. She really loved Goodnight Mommy.

The Parent Trap Hallie Parker and Annie James

"Hell yeah, Lohan. The Parent Trap is a classic. Also, Lindsay Lohan is awesome in it. And definitely near and dear to my heart if we're going to talk about American twins versus British twins. Just really having a ball with that. So, really really vibe on The Parent Trap right now," Troian said.

Dead Ringers Beverly & Elliot Mantle

Troian Bellisario immediately didn't trust the twin wearing the suit. She trusted the guy in a trench coat. "A trench coat means you can trust me," Troian explained. Good advice!

Friends Phoebe & Ursula

Troian Bellisario is a fan of Friends. "Definitely an evil twin vibe from Ursula. Phoebe, what a great character. And Lisa Kudrick can definitly do no wrong in my eyes. So definitely vibe on those twins," she said.

Army of Darkness Ash

Troian wondered if it was about parallel universes. She's never seen the movie before, but she wants to watch it.

Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey Bill & Ted

Troian was excited when Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey came on. "I love this movie so much!" Troian said. "What we're dealing with here is definitely parallel universes because they're not twins. They're just time traveling, but they seem to be having a really great time. So I think that’s a positive for them. No evil twins here."

Terminator Genysis The Terminator

"I hope I never have to fight myself, particularly if I had arms like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Brutal."

She continued, "If your twin wants to punch you, like, what have you done in your life to incur that. 'Cause as we've gone over before, it's not necessarily that they might be evil. They might just have different motivations. You might have done something."
