He surprised her with a coffee cart and a sweet sign that read “Thank you and good luck to everyone this week. I hear this director is the real deal. You’re in good hands. – Patrick Adams”. Troian snapped a photo of the message and wrote “This was waiting on a coffee cart for the #pll crew first thing in the morning. Is it any mystery why I want to marry him?”.
