PLL 6B Spoilers: New Villain More Deadly Than Last “A”

The new Big Bad will be more dangerous than the previous “A”s when PLL returns for the second half of season 6.  The new “A” raises the stakes and isn’t playing games with the Liars.  For this new “A”, it’s all about revenge and getting answers.

PLL stars Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale and Sasha Pieterse explained to MTV how this new villain is different than Mona and Charlotte (CeCe).  “The situations are more life or death, so it’s not just all dolls and games.  There’s none of that stuff. It’s definitely not fun and games — he’s not trying to play with them. He threatens them,” Ashley Benson said.

Lucy Hale agreed.  “It’s definitely life or death, and it’s smarter and edgier and deadlier.  The stakes are definitely a lot higher. It’s not ’I’m going to expose your secrets.’ It’s 'I’m going to kill you if you don’t give me what I want,'” Lucy said.

Sasha Pieterse explained that this new villain isn’t playing games with dolls the way Charlotte did.  “This season is deadly.  Charlotte was much more about playing the game. That’s what kept her going. That’s what fed her damaged soul. But this is a whole new animal. This new villain has a whole new motive — and it’s really deadly. It’s like. ’Do this, or I’ll kill you.’ Charlotte and her games look like child’s play in comparison.”

So why does this new villain want to hurt the Liars?  Apparently, it has to do with a dead body.  “This Big Bad has an agenda, and it’s to find out why this person passes away — and to seek revenge on the person responsible.  And it will not stop until that person pays, and [the Big Bad] will kill people to get that answer,” PLL showrunner Marlene King told MTV.  Of course, she didn’t say who will die when PLL returns in 2016.

Pretty Little Liars season 6B hasn’t started yet, but do you already have theories on who the new villain is?  Anyone you hope it will be?
