High school graduation is fast approaching in Rosewood. Season 6 of Pretty Little Liars will start with the Liars still trapped in the dollhouse, but in ten episodes the Liars will be graduating from high school (by the end of season 6A). Season 6A will be so condensed that it will take place over the course of three weeks for the Liars, PLL showrunner Marlene King told E! News.
Then there will be a four-year time jump before season 6B starts. So the Liars will head off to college, but we won’t see it. Season 6B will start when the girls come back from college.
With the time jump, the Liars will be experiencing new things. (A Liar may get married).
