Shay’s workout outfit was a racerback twisted tank and ¾ length bright blue pants from Nike. She also wore awesome Nike black cheetah print shoes.
Shay likes to start her workouts with a little bit of cardio, like jump roping. (30 minutes jump roping = 300 calories).
Warm up: Skipping
Regular: 2 minutes
High knees: 2 minutes
Single leg: 2 minutes
Regular: 2 minutes
Combo: 2 minutes
Then Shay will shadow box for 5-10 minutes to loosen and warm up. After that, Shay will do 10 minutes with pink boxing gloves.
Boxing is followed by an abs circuit. Shay will do 30 seconds each of plank, mountain climbers, plank, mountain climbers with cross, plank, crunches, plank, reverse crunches and plank.
Shay ends her grueling workout with stretching. She does the butterfly, pigeon, lunge, down dog, fold over and roll up.
