On January 26, 2020 basketball player and Lakers legend Kobe Bryant and his 13-year-old daughter Gianna died in a tragic helicopter crash in Calabasas, CA. Seven other people were also killed when the helicopter crashed into a hillside. The horrifying news sent shockwaves throughout the nation. Many of the Pretty Little Liars cast took to social media to share their heartbreak and send love to the families of all who lost loved ones in the accident.
Lucy hale shared this photo on Instagram of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna. She wrote " God please wrap your arms so tightly around Vanessa and her girls and all loved ones of the victims. Rest in absolute peace Kobe, Gianna, Christina Mauser, the Altobelli family, Ara Zobayan, Sarah & Payton Chester ♥️".
Ashley Benson, Hanna on PLL, posted this photo of Kobe Bryant. She captioned it " At a loss for words for Kobe and his daughter. Honestly don’t know what to say. Heartbroken."
Ashley Benson also shared that she went to his last Lakers game. She described it as "One of the best nights of my life".
