In the classic thriller House of Wax, the owner of a wax museum takes the bodies of his victims and turns them into wax figures. So Lucy Hale created the sound of a couple wax candle being lit.
The movie Psycho explores a motel clerk's strange relationship with his mother. Lucy Hale created the sound of Norman brushing his mom's hair. "A boy's best friend is his mother," Lucy Hale whispered.
In Halloween Michael Myers escapes from a mental institution and kills everyone he encounters on Halloween night. So Lucy Hale stabbed a pumpkin with a big knife.
In The Shining Jack becomes the caretaker of isolated hotel and starts writing his book, but slowly starts going insane.
"All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy," Lucy Hale whispered while typing on a typewriter.
In Silence of the Lambs a famous line by Buffalo Bill is "it rubs the lotion on its skin", which he said to his victim Catherine Martin. So for the ASMR, Lucy Hale rubbed lotion on her hands.
In The Blair Witch Project, a group of students start disappearing in the woods and all that is left of them is the footage on their camera. Lucy Hale recreated the sound of rustling leaves and breaking twigs.
In the slash film Scream, there is an iconic scene where Drew Barrymore (Casey Becker) picks up the phone to speak to the killer Ghostface.
Coincidentally, Lucy Hale had cameo in Scream 4 as Sherrie. Lucy Hale was cast as "the Drew Barrymore" of Scream 4, so this particular ASMR was fitting. (Lucy Hale was actually was supposed to play the role of Marnie Cooper, which eventually went to actress Britt Robertson. Unfortunately, Lucy Hale had a conflict with the Pretty Little Liars schedule. They still wanted Lucy to be a part of Scream 4, so they gave her a small cameo role at the last minute.)
For this part of the ASMR, Lucy Hale hung up a phone to recreate Drew Berrymore's role in Scream.
Get Out is the story of interracial couple. That's all Lucy Hale says about Get Out, since she doesn't want to give any spoilers.
Lucy Hale stirred a spoon in tea cup and whispered "now you're in the sunken place".
