Shay Mitchell Shares Workout Video on Instagram

Pretty Little Liars star Shay Mitchell takes fitness seriously. She frequently posts exercise videos demonstrating her various workout routines. Recently, Shay Mitchell shared an intense workout video on Instagram.

Shay starts off the workout video with battle-rope up-downs while balancing on a stability ball. She also does elevated burpees, standing leg presses, stability ball push-up hold with crunch and rows, bosu ball single-leg deadlift with overhead press and cable machine mountain climbers.

Shay captioned the video "Much needed Monday morning sweat session with @j.crvz after a week of indulgence! #workhardeatlotsrestwell 🙋🏽💦🍕🌭🍟🍝🌮".

PLL Cast Reunion in Germany for RevelAtions Convention

Pretty Little Liars filming is over, but the cast is still hanging out with each other. PLL actors Lucy Hale (Aria), Ian Harding (Ezra), Tyler Blackburn (Caleb), Holly Marie Combs (Aria’s mom Ella), Brant Daugherty (Noel) and Huw Collins (Dr. Elliot Rollins/Archer Dunhill) all attended the RevelAtions convention in Germany. PLL 7x11 ‘Playtime’ Sneak Peek: Liars Get Present from A.D.

A.D. has left the Liars a present in this sneak peek of Pretty Little Liars episode 7x11“Playtime”.

Aria rushes over to Spencer’s house to find the rest of the Liars waiting for her. The Liars have received a present from “A”. The “gift” is in a huge black box with a red bow. The note from A.D. says “IT’S PLAYTIME!” (PLL spoiler: find out what's in the box!)

Spencer found the box in her house when she returned from the Lost Woods Resort.

Noel is dead and Jenna is wandering around in the dark, but someone else is out there.

The Liars think there are two possibilities. One is that Jenna and Noel were working for someone else. Or Jenna and Noel had their own twisted scheme and the Liars mistakenly thought the two of them were “A”.

Emily reminds them that Sara said they were all looking for the same thing.

Pretty Little Liars episode 7x11 “Playtime” will air Tuesday, April 18 at 8/7c on Freeform. Can’t wait until April to find out what’s in the box! (Update: PLL showrunner Marlene King has spilled what the "present" from A.D. is!)

At the TCA winter press tour, Xfinity pulled tweets from the PLL cast. Then Xfinity asked Lucy Hale, Shay Mitchell and Sasha Pieterse to guess who said it.

PLL Season 7B Promo: Game is Coming to an End & Wren’s Back!

PLL Cast at TCA Winter Press Tour 2017 (Photos)

The Pretty Little Liars cast attended their final TCA Winter Press Tour. This year, the only Liars in attendance were Lucy Hale (Aria), Sasha Pieterse (Alison) and Shay Mitchell (Emily). Ashley Benson (Hanna) and Troian Bellisario (Spencer) did not attend. Troian Bellisario was on her honeymoon and Ashley Benson was feeling under the weather. The TCA Winter Press Tour took place at The Langham hotel in Pasadena, CA.

Troian Bellisario & Patrick J. Adams Honeymoon in Australia, Fiji & Bali (Photos)

Troian Bellisario recently married actor Patrick J. Adams with a beautiful rustic ceremony in California. With Pretty Little Liars filming over, Troian spent the last month traveling the world with her new husband. After Troian dyed her hair pink, the newlyweds took off on their honeymoon to Australia, Fiji and Bali. Here are some photos Troian shared from her honeymoon with Patrick J. Adams.

The couple first headed to Sydney, Australia.
